"Renew your body, renew your mind... This quote came out of my philosophy behind what I do in all aspects of my business. Taking care of our bodies feeds our minds with a sense of being nurtured and valued, core emotions we need to experience to reach our fullest potential as human beings. Electrolysis is far more than an aesthetic preference... it gives people an opportunity to become free from, for some, what has been a lifetime of insecurity and self-consciousness by finally getting permanently rid of unwanted facial or body hair." |

hat is Electrolysis? |

Electrolysis is a treatment in which individual hairs are removed permanently from the face or body. A machine called an epilator is used to destroy the growth center of the hair with a short-wave radio frequency. A very fine probe is inserted into the hair follicle at the surface of the skin, the epilator is used, and the hair is gently removed. |

Hair growth is a result of a combination of heredity and hormones. Other things that may influence or stimulate hair growth are drugs, temporary methods of hair removal and some illnesses. Hairs lay dormant at times and come out on different cycles. In other words, all the hair you see right now is not all the hair you have. |
| |
Since so many factors influence hair growth, sessions will vary from person to person. In most cases, you will need to return for several visits, usually on a weekly, biweekly or monthly schedule depending on the quantity of unwanted hair. Once a hair has been fully treated, it will be gone forever.
Treatment sessions vary in
length
from 10 minutes to one hour. |

-
Electrolysis is not new. It is a time-tested method that has been around for over 100 years.
-
Most areas of the body can be treated on both males and females including; eyebrows, face, neck, back, chest, breasts, abdomen, bikini, thighs, legs, feet and hands.
-
Electrolysis is very safe. No harsh chemicals are used.
-
There are no permanent side effects except for bare skin! Occasionally, depending on the sensitivity of your skin, there may be a slight reddening of the skin at the site of the hair follicle, but this will go away in a short time.
